The cheese that you make is a true reflection of your effort and dedication.  Enter your cheese or cheeses for the 2024 NZ Specialty Cheese Awards and if your cheese shows merit this will be recognised by the NZSCAA judging panel.  Many Amateur Cheese Makers have gone on to establish their own Artisan Cheesemaking business and why not more unique cheese in NZ –
