Contact forms & online orders
At Curds & Whey we are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy.
Phone and address details and credit card information are securely gathered in taking an order, and are used only to process your order and to contact you if questions arise about your order.
When you order from Curds & Whey we ask you for your e-mail address, your name, delivery address and optionally your telephone number. We will only ever ring you if there is a problem with your order. Credit card details are not stored on the website, but are securely stored in Stripe, our payment gateway.
We do not share, exchange or sell any of this information with any other party.
From time to time we may e-mail you with information or special offers. Our order confirmation email to you (and any and all future emails) will provide the mechanism to opt out of any further correspondence.
