Temperature control when affinaging cheese is important.  The dial shaped fridge or freezer thermometer has a 70mm dial indicating temperature over a range of -30 to +30 deg Celcius in 1 deg Celcius divisions and incorporates colour coded zones.

It has a strong ABS case measuring 70 x 60mm and has an integral hook allowing the unit to be free standing or hung from a shelf.  Pop into the fridge and you will find this temperature control very useful
