Second -Hand Rectangular Follower. A follower is the technical name for a heavy lid which when placed over the cheese mould presses helps extrude excess whey. These large cheese followers have been hardly used and are in excellent condition. As there are drainage holes the inner area could conceivably be used as a cheese mould if properly lined.
