To optimize the total cheese processing C van’t Riet has developed a computerized system to drain, cut and transport the curd.

The computer controls the press and drain process and calculates the exact size of the curd blocks. The machine cuts the blocks and transports them to a fixed plate where the operator fills the moulds.
