Yoghurt probiotic culture LAT-1 suitable for both vegan and non vegan consumption original freeze-dried starter culture from Lactic acid bacteria inoculated in soy milk for production of yoghurt. Medium/fast acidification, typical flavour and aroma, smooth creamy texture, moderate postacidifaction rate. Contains Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbruecki subsp bulgaricus.
Can be used with lactic milk
The culture is suitable for production of stirred yoghurt, fruit or set type yoghurt.
