Contains selected strains of Lactococcus lactis ssp.lactis and Lactococcus lactis subsp lactis var diacetylactis and Leuconostoc mesenteroides ssp cremoris which ensures a uniform and controlled production of fresh cheese, soft cheese, semi-hard cheese and hard cheese
