“to let you know I’m really happy with the 440A yogurt culture. It’s is amazing –  I have not had any problems from my first batch weeks ago.  It works well with the meadow fresh original longlife milk which is great as I live rural and can have plenty of milk on hand. I use a yoghurt maker but also wrap the container and leave in the airing cupboard for at least twelve hours.  I have kept the culture in the freezer and it is going produce a huge quantity of yogurt as such a small amount is required each time. I will recommend your products for anyone wanting to use cultures.
