Foodgrade EVA plastic coating - If you wish to plastic coat your cheese prior to waxing, then this is the product that you should use. EVA coating dries to a clear, transparent finish. Recommended to use in combination with Natajen-S Anti-mycotal fungal coating which prevents mold growth on the cheese. Both products have an Indefinite shelf life.
