This Cheese Starter Kit contains everything you need to make your own Camembertt After making your initial Camembert, you can continue to use your core ingredients to make other cheeses

• MO 030 culture which not only makes your cheddar but many other cheese types
• Penicillin candidum, 10U. Sufficient for app 1000 litres milk
• Rennet Stick x 2 direct vat set freeze dried rennet sticks (Albamax).  Each sachet is sufficient for 75 litres milk
• Calcium Chloride powder  (100gm)
• Camembert open hoop
